Hanapepe Art Walk
Coming to Kauai offers another magnificent taste of what Hawaii is all about. Here, the old world charms mix with the new, making a constantly shifting exchange of pleasantries that makes it fascinating and welcoming all at the same time. First-time visitors will be as amazed at the scenery as those who know the area well, because it truly never loses its charm. There may not be a better idea out there than a Kauai vacation rental , to give travelers ample time to see as much of the area as possible, and still take many moments to enjoy themselves doing nothing. It’s a fabulous place to do nothing, of course, but it’s also got some local culture that makes for some pretty terrific nights.
Time in Kauai should include at least a day in Hanapepe. With a population of around 2,100, it’s affectionately known as the “biggest little town in Kauai,” and it has an enormously attractive small-town appeal. There’s a lot to do here, including a lot of enjoying the time to just be. It has an aura that reminds so many people of the 1950s, and can seem to be like a moment frozen in time, a real working soda fountain included. But there’s no doubt that one has entered the present on Friday nights at the Hanapepe Art Walk .
This is a moment to enjoy a local scene with an intimacy that speaks of what Kauai travel really is. Getting to know the art is a way of getting to know the people, and that’s as true of small towns as it is in big cities. But in Hanapepe, at participating galleries like Amy-Lauren’s , it’s not just meeting the people through their art works, because odds are pretty good that they are also very close by. It’s a close knit place, and there is an incredible sense of friendliness everywhere. Art is a great excuse to meet people.
Business Relocation
There are several factors to consider before deciding if relocating your business is the right thing for you to do. Often times it is a decision that can make or break your business. Before you make your decision, there are a few things to look into.
Location is important when you are buying a house. It is almost as important when it comes to running your business. Making the decision to move can be difficult, and sometimes very costly, for those who have an established location and customer base. Not only have you become familiar with the area and the clientele, but customers always know where to find you — even if they haven’t been there in a while.
However, there are sometimes circumstances that can lead even the most established business to move. If the surrounding area begins to decline it can lead to a loss of clientele . If it declines too far it make customers uncomfortable and result in them taking their business elsewhere. Many businesses, especially in the retail industry, feel the push to move their businesses to more populated areas. Most of the time it isn’t good for stores to be in “destination locations”, they often require good foot traffic, or customers just walking by, to survive.
Making the decision to move is usually easier when the space your business occupies is a rental property . Although you often have to wait for the terms of the lease to be fulfilled, that is generally easier than trying to sell commercial real estate, especially in this economy.
Whatever your reasoning is for considering relocation, it is not a decision to take lightly. Even with the best property management team , there are a lot of details to handled and work to be done to make the transition as smooth and successful as possible
